The best way to update or change your delivery address is in the Home Delivery section of your New York Times account.

  1. Go to the Home Delivery section on your account page.
  2. Select Change next to your Delivery address.
  3. Add a new delivery address or make changes to your current delivery address.
  4. Select Submit.

Please allow three business days for the change to go into effect.

You can reset your password using the password reset form.

Change Password

The best way to change your password is in your New York Times account.

  1. On your account page, select Update next to Password in the Your Profile section.
  2. Enter your current password, a new password that is at least six characters long, and confirm the new password.
  3. Select Save.

    1. Go to the Home Delivery section on your account page.
    2. Select Report next to Report a delivery issue in the Delivery Information section.
    3. Select the checkbox(es) next to the date(s) on which the delivery problem(s) occurred.
    4. Select Continue.
    5. Select the option that best describes what went wrong with your delivery.
    6. Select Report and Continue.

    The New York Times will work closely with our delivery partners to ensure timely and safe delivery of the newspaper.
